Material Awareness

Our Material Awareness training centre and practical facilities based in Tamworth, Staffordshire, have fully trained specialist staff able to assist you with advice at the level you require. Whether you need technical advice for planning ore pre-contract specification purposes, our team of experts are on hand to provide dedicated support. Instarmac are accredited CPD providers of a number of material handling courses which can be delivered at our fully equipped facilities or can easily be brought to you. Programmes include ‘Highways Maintenance – Rapid Reinstatements’ and ‘Streetscape – A Lifetime Solution’ qualifying individuals for up to 6 hours CPD accreditation.

Our material awareness sessions are not designed to train contractors how to do their job. We understand that the majority of our customers have extensive experience. Our material awareness sessions are designed to offer the opportunity to trial alternative materials and become familiar with products prior to use.
